Delete your Klub Kitanda account

Klub Kitanda, the guide to what is on in Nairobi.

Email us to delete my account

Send it from the email address you signed up with, so we know the account is yours. No app needed.

Two ways to do it

1. By email, from here. Write to info@klubkitanda.co.ke from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We do it for you — the same delete as the button in the app.
2. In the app, if you still have it. Open Klub Kitanda, go to Your space → Delete my account. It is immediate.

What is deleted

It is a real delete, not a flag. Your account and your vendor record go — your email, phone, address, KRA PIN and our notes about you.

What is kept

• Listings you already published stay up, without an owner, so a link people have shared does not turn into a dead page. Ask in the same email and we will take them down too.
• Images you uploaded are not deleted automatically, because a published listing may still show them. Ask and we will remove them.
• Tap records carry a random install ID, never your name; they are deleted after 24 months. Crash reports are deleted after 90 days.

No account? Nothing to delete

Reading the guide needs no account. Saved events and hidden organisers live only on your phone — deleting the app deletes them, and the random install ID goes with it. If you want the tap records for your install removed sooner, email info@klubkitanda.co.ke.
